Office Administrator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and attending to visitors
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages etc.)
  • Managing calendars
  • Organizing business trips
  • Organizing stationery etc.
  • Business errands, e.g. trips to the post office etc.
  • Collaborate on maintaining data and creating reports
  • Manage the internal inventory
  • Processing the monthly assets report for accounting
  • Managing cash, parking tickets and reorders
  • Coordination and first point of contact for the cleaning crew
  • Help design and organize our office space, including organizing workers
  • Communicate with facility management
  • Internal contact person for a variety of issues
  • Help organizing and planning company and team events
  • Help prepare company parties

Depending on your personal experience and qualifications, we offer a minimum annual salary of EUR 36,000 gross per year for your commitment, dedication and loyalty as part of our motivated team.
