No, there will not be a new company. IXOPAY already existed as a company prior to the merger, and will continue to operate as the same legal entity as before. The merger will simply consolidate IXOLIT Group's resources and expertise under the IXOPAY brand. The IXOPAY brand will be the main focus going forward.
The merger will enable IXOPAY to provide even better services in the future, with consolidated resources, streamlined operations, and a focus on growth and expansion in new areas of digital commerce. No, nothing will change for our clients. The same products and services will now simply be provided under the IXOPAY brand only. We will continue to provide the same high level of support and services as before, with the same employees as before. From a legal perspective of an IXOPAY client, activities previously subcontracted by IXOPAY to IXOLIT are now performed by IXOPAY directly.
IXOPAY will continue to be owner-led and financed by founders Rene Siegl (chairman) and Nathalie Siegl (CEO), who were also the owners and executives of IXOLIT prior to the merger. This means there are no changes to the leadership or ownership of IXOPAY as a result of the merger.
No, there will be no changes to the IXOPAY payment orchestration, although we will be able to dedicate more resources to the ongoing development of the platform.
No, there are no plans to change the pricing of services as a result of the merger.

The merger has already been formally completed, and the IXOLIT brand will no longer be used going forward. All services and support will be provided under the IXOPAY brand.
No. Given that there will be no personnel changes, your contacts at IXOPAY will remain the same. We will however be switching over to using IXOPAY email addresses as the primary means of contact, though IXOLIT email addresses will continue to function for the foreseeable future.
