3.1. IXONav is an AI-backed assistant. When you use IXONav, you are interacting with an AI system.
3.2. The public Website version of IXONav is a limited demo and informational tool. It may use IXOPAY knowledge materials and trusted or public third-party sources to help users understand payments-related topics, best practices, and examples demonstrating IXONav capabilities using dummy or synthetic data.
3.3. Usage restrictions: Do not enter personal data, account details, confidential business information, customer or merchant data, transaction data, card or payment data, credentials, API keys, secrets, or third-party confidential information into the public Website version of IXONav.
3.4. IXONav output is AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unsupported, or unsuitable for your intended use. IXONav output is not approved, verified, or compliance-grade. You are responsible for independently reviewing and verifying IXONav output before relying on it.
3.5. IXONav does not provide legal, compliance, tax, financial, security, PCI, payment-processing, or other professional advice.
3.6. You must not misuse IXONav, including by attempting prompt injection, jailbreaks, guardrail bypasses, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, disruption, or extraction of system prompts, hidden instructions, model weights, proprietary data, credentials, secrets, or third-party confidential information.
3.7. Where IXONav is enabled within IXOPAY Payments Intelligence, that product use is governed by the applicable customer agreement. Prompts, responses, and relevant product context are treated as customer-provided and system-generated data and processed under the Customer’s instructions, as set out in the applicable customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement. In case of conflict, the customer agreement prevails.
3.8. Relating to your use of IXONav, IXOPAY does not use prompts, responses, or service data to develop, train, or fine-tune generative AI models. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Notice.
