As the dust settles on the 2025 holiday season, I want to take a moment to pause and say: Thank you. Thank you to our customers, partners, and employees for an incredible year—one that didn’t just close strong, but positioned us for a fundamentally new chapter in 2026.

Right now, the infrastructure we have built together is actively powering millions of transactions across the globe. The reliability we saw during this peak season wasn't an accident; it was the result of your ambition and our shared commitment to building systems that don't just work, but excel under pressure.

However, as we step fully into 2026, it feels less like a continuation of the old and more like a distinct new beginning.

We are witnessing a fundamental shift in our industry. Over the last year, Artificial Intelligence has moved from a "copilot" to a core component of infrastructure. We are entering the era of Agentic Commerce, where software doesn't just assist in tasks but actively reasons, optimizes, and executes complex decisions, including payments.

  • Connectivity at Scale: We added hundreds of new connectors and methods to our Adapter Catalog, ensuring that no matter where your business goes, we have the rails to get you there.

In 2026, these will converge into a single strategic capability. As AI agents begin taking on active decision-making roles, handling fraud logic, dynamic routing, and market expansion in real-time, the resilience of your platform matters more than ever.
