In his new role, Hansen will drive IXOPAY’s global revenue strategy, leading sales and partnerships and aligning with marketing and customer success to support enterprise merchants and partners worldwide. I’ve spent my career focused on one thing: helping businesses grow through better payments. IXOPAY stands out because it brings together the most important pieces of that puzzle — orchestration, tokenization, compliance, and payments intelligence — in a single place. The company has built a foundation that allows merchants to manage payments strategically, across providers, regions, and use cases. 2. As Chief Revenue Officer, what will be your top priorities for driving growth and supporting enterprise clients in 2026?
My focus is on creating alignment across every revenue touchpoint — from marketing, partnerships, sales, and customer success. Growth isn’t just about acquiring new clients; it’s about deepening relationships and delivering measurable value. IXOPAY already has an incredible reputation for technical excellence. My goal is to match that with operational excellence in how we engage clients, scale partnerships, and enter new markets.
3. How do you see innovation in areas like AI, orchestration, and tokenization shaping IXOPAY’s go-to-market strategy?
AI, orchestration, and tokenization are reshaping what modern payments infrastructure needs to be — intelligent, adaptable, and ready for agentic commerce. Our vendor-neutral architecture and provider-agnostic tokenization foundation give merchants the control layer required for that shift.
With the acquisition of Congrify complete, we’re pairing orchestration with real-time, AI-powered intelligence so merchants can optimize revenue, cost, and risk automatically. That’s the future we’re building toward: a platform where every decision is smart, autonomous, and designed to help enterprise merchants scale with confidence.
4. What’s your approach to building alignment across sales, marketing, and partnerships to achieve sustainable growth?
It starts with a shared purpose. Every team should be laser-focused on the same outcome — helping clients succeed. My philosophy is built on urgency, accountability, and operational excellence. I believe in creating a high-performance culture where teams move fast, communicate clearly, and operate with a sense of ownership. When you have that foundation, collaboration comes naturally, and results follow.
5. What guiding principles or leadership values do you bring to the teams you lead?
I lead with energy and clarity. I believe in setting ambitious goals, empowering people to own their work, and holding ourselves accountable to outcomes. Coaching and mentorship are also huge parts of my leadership style.
