IXOPAY Strengthens Merchant Support with Two Key Leadership Hires

I’m excited to announce two new senior hires who will further IXOPAY’s commitment to helping merchants unlock the full potential of payment orchestration: Angie Okelberry as Vice President of Global Customer Success and Support, and Benjamin Canova as Senior Director of Customer Strategy and Account Management.

Both bring deep expertise in payments, technology, and customer experience—and a shared passion for ensuring merchants get maximum value from their payment infrastructure.

Angie Okelberry, Vice President of Global Customer Success and Support

With more than two decades of experience in leadership and technology, Angie Okelberry brings a proven track record of building global teams and delivering measurable outcomes for customers. She spent 10 years at Cornerstone in a variety of leadership roles spanning customer success, professional services, and advisory services, where she worked with diverse and highly regulated customer segments. Earlier in her career, she also managed multi-million-dollar research projects and oversaw enterprise technology implementations.

“My career has shown me that customers need to trust we understand their business and will work hard every day to deliver outcomes that matter. I’m passionate about creating confident and capable customers,” said Angie. “Merchants should feel guided, supported, and heard as they optimize their businesses with IXOPAY. My focus is on ensuring every interaction delivers value and strengthens trust.”

Benjamin Canova, Sr. Director of Customer Strategy & Account Management

Benjamin Canova joins IXOPAY from Louis Vuitton, where he served as Global Payment and Fraud Manager, building the brand’s payments function from the ground up. His career spans consulting, banking, and retail, giving him a rare 360-degree view of the payments ecosystem.

Having sat in the merchant’s seat himself, Ben brings a deep understanding of the frustrations and complexities global brands face when managing payments. He has firsthand experience with the challenge of balancing global expansion, compliance, and customer experience while ensuring that payments deliver real business value.

“I know what it’s like to be a merchant navigating these complexities,” Ben said. “That’s why I’m passionate about helping our customers take their payments to the next level—using strategic technology to turn payments into a revenue driver, not just a cost center.”
