Key Benefits
Capture More Sales
Expired or inaccurate card data shouldn’t have to cut into your bottom line. Account Updater boosts sales for subscription- and recurring payment-based businesses.
Improve Customer Experience
Prevent frustration and unintended service interruptions to ensure your customers continue to receive the products or subscriptions they expect.
Centralize Payment Updates
Using our agnostic vault saves you time and gives you the flexibility to process updates for each network once and transact with them across all payment providers.
Reduce Manual Effort
No need to chase down customers for new or updated card details. Account Updater does the work for you, reducing manual effort.
How it Works
IXOPAY’s Account Updater works directly with the card networks to confirm that credit card details stored in our vault are always up-to-date. This ensures any card-on-file payments are completed without interruption so you can keep recurring revenue flowing and increase customer lifetime value.

What You Get
Automatic Data Updates
For vaulted card data on our orchestration platform, Account Updater performs automatic monthly updates to electronically obtain the correct expiration date, cardholder name, and account number to update information for future transactions. Alternatively, merchants can update card data on-demand through batch file and API options.

One Integration
IXOPAY allows you to update cards across all your processors with a single integration. No need to maintain multiple integrations or adhere to unique data formatting requirements for each processor.

Data Insights
Use our payment orchestration dashboard to see how many cards expire in the next month and how many have been recently updated. Our reporting for vaulted card data allows you to see updates, closed accounts, or other responses to build business intelligence.

IXOPAY was the first solution I found that solved our problem, and my research did not lead me much past them. We weren’t able to find a lot of providers on the same level.”
