What you offer:
- You have experience in a technical/ customer support role, or are a self-taught individual

- You have proficient English language skills (some knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory)
- You have great communication and collaboration abilities, even in high-pressure situations.
- Work experience in the following industries is a plus: customer and technical support, data analysis, NOC, risk management
- Experience in the field of digital payments is a plus.
Your responsibilities:
- Our 15-person team acts as a communication hub that enables collaboration between various departments.
- As part of the incident management team, you will alert on-call duty staff, participate in video conferences with technical teams and provide important input on mitigating incidents.
- You will work with Grafana to ensure real-time insights into our platform activity and payment flows.
- You will proactively manage, classify and document tickets and service incidents.
- You will respond to reported incidents, help identify the cause, and initiate the incident handling process.
- Upon demonstrating your capabilities and acquiring valuable experience, you will have the option to eventually transition into other departments such as customer success, sales, or operations teams.
You will be part of the operations team shift cycle. Due to the nature of the shifts, you will receive full-time pay while typically working 34 hours a week and enjoying three days off after a 5 day shift cycle. Receive extra remuneration for night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Depending on your personal experience and qualifications, we offer a minimum annual salary of EUR 35,000 gross per year (36h per week) for your commitment, dedication and loyalty as part of our motivated team. We are of course prepared to pay more if you have suitable experience. On-call duties will receive additional remuneration.
