Our Network Operation Center (NOC) is crucial to providing our clients with a high level of service.

As IXOPAY expands, we are looking for motivated, communicative personalities with an interest in technology and who enjoy working as NOC agents in a customer and results-oriented team. Your Tasks

  • B2B support & service via email and phone
  • B2C support & service via email and phone
  • Active network and service monitoring
  • Proactive customer success monitoring
  • Troubleshooting issues: identify any problems, start the process of analyzing the issue and immediately alert on-call colleagues

Your Profile

  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Quick comprehension and independent working style
  • Structured, precise and reliable approach to tasks
  • Team, customer and results-orientated  
  • Willingness to perform NOC shift operations (24/7), including holidays and weekends and no criminal record

Nice to have

  • Several years of professional experience in one of the following fields: Customer and Technical Support, Data Analyst, NOC, Risk Management
  • Mathematical interest, analytical thinking, interest in data analysis
  • Knowledge or experience in the field of online payments
  • Knowledge of German and other foreign languages

Depending on your personal experience and qualifications, we offer a minimum annual salary of EUR 32,200 gross per year for your commitment, dedication and loyalty as part of our motivated team. Night duty will receive additional remuneration.
