Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a committed and result-oriented personality to strengthen our sales team, able to think beyond the confines of a single department and with an entrepreneurial mindset. Through your enjoyment of organizing and documenting, you will promote knowledge transfer between teams. A structured approach, sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines come naturally to you.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting our sales team with all organizational, administrative and operational tasks in both German and English
- Extensively document and capture knowledge relating to current developments in the various sales cycles, as well as maintaining content in our CRM and sales systems
- Help coordinate and ensure the transfer of knowledge between all internal departments and teams
- Help prepare offers, sales documents, contracts, reports and presentations
- Help prepare sales appointments and coordinate follow-up tasks
- Coordinate and cooperate on planning and implementing sales activities
What you offer:

- Several years of professional experience in sales and/or office work

- German (C2) and English (B2-C2) required

Depending on your personal experience and qualifications, we offer a minimum annual salary of EUR 40,000 gross per year for your commitment, dedication and loyalty as part of our motivated team.
