Successful Authorizations
The count or volume of all payment transactions that were successfully authorized by the issuer or the payment service provider.
This will include transactions that are approved by a card issuer (i.e. cardholder bank), wallets or payment methods offered by a merchant.
There are different authorization transaction types, differentiating between single and dual message events:
